By Identifying and cutting out unnecessary tasks and unnecessary talks individuals free up valuable time for more meaningful and productive endeavors. Also when we work from 9to5 time we can allocate our time in a way that prioritize tasks and all tasks must be finished on time. Time allocation is like a tool that supports balance work and life commitments, reducing stress and preventing tired. 

Reconsider work that makes you yearn for balance
